They should try other solutions instead of tearing down the nests! NYC has saved the the falcon, Pale Male....One would believe Jersey residents would rally around the quaker parakeets and use alternate solutions ie, protect the transformers and wires so that these birds can have their nests. Here in Connecticut, we have done that.
